Brief
A smart system for analyzing and routing public service reports using AI, providing instant classification and real-time status tracking across departments.
The platform processes voice-based reports using natural language processing and geolocation data. Each report is automatically categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the relevant department. A mobile interface allows users to submit and follow up easily, while a dashboard helps departments manage and resolve reports in real time.

The AOUN logo is designed to represent the core function of the system: submitting reports using voice.
The symbol merges a microphone with a simplified Arabic letterform, creating a unique and memorable mark. Rounded corners and minimal geometry express simplicity and ease of use, aligned with an intuitive UX experience.
